1The agreement
What you're agreeing to, and with whom.
These terms are a contract between you and
Koora Kings Inc ("we", "us"), covering the
Koora Kings — Fantasy Football app
(com.app.koorakings on Google Play,
com.koorakings.app on the App Store) and this website.
By creating an account or using the app you accept these terms. If you don't
accept them, please don't use Koora Kings.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with
your data and forms part of this agreement.
2Your account
Getting in, and staying in.
You can sign in with your mobile number and a password, with your email and a
password, or through Google or Apple. Whichever you pick:
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- Give accurate details. A working mobile number or email is how you recover access — we can't restore an account we can't verify.
- One account per person. Extra accounts used to gain an advantage in a contest will be removed.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
- Don't sell, rent or transfer your account.
3How the game works
And what we can and can't promise about it.
Koora Kings is a free-to-play prediction game. You join or create a
contest, predict the outcomes of real football matches before they kick off, and
earn points according to the rules shown in that contest. Points produce
rankings. That's the whole loop.
◆ No money changes hands in the app
There is no purchase, subscription, entry fee, deposit or wallet anywhere
in Koora Kings. You never stake anything to play, and no purchase improves your
chances. The app contains no payment functionality of any kind.
Match data and results
Fixtures, live scores and final results come from third-party data providers. We
take care to show them correctly but we can't guarantee they are accurate,
complete or on time. If a provider corrects a result, we may recalculate the
affected points and rankings.
Deadlines
Predictions lock at the time shown in the app for each match. A prediction that
didn't reach our servers before the deadline doesn't count — including one lost
to a connection problem on your device.
4Creating a contest
If you run one, this part is about you.
Anyone can create a contest and invite others with a share link. If you create
one, you are its organiser, and you are responsible for:
- Its name, description and artwork — they must be yours to use, and must not breach the conduct rules below.
- Any prize you describe, and any terms you attach to it.
- Who you invite. Anyone holding your invite link can join and see the contest, its members and its chat.
We provide the platform. We are not a party to any arrangement between an
organiser and the members of their contest, and we don't referee disputes between
them — though we will remove a contest that breaks these terms.
5Prizes
Read this before you play for one.
Some contests show a prize and a set of prize terms. Those terms are set by
whoever runs that contest, and they are what governs the prize — not this page.
- Unless a contest states clearly that Koora Kings Inc is the prize provider, we are not. The organiser or sponsor is.
- Prizes are awarded and delivered outside the app. Koora Kings shows the standings; it does not process, hold or transfer anything of value.
- Eligibility, deadlines, taxes and any local restrictions are the winner's responsibility.
- We may withhold or reverse a prize placement obtained by cheating, by duplicate accounts, or through a bug or a data error — including after a result is corrected.
Where we run a contest ourselves, we will say so in that contest, and its own
published rules will apply alongside these terms.
6Fair play & conduct
Two lists. One gets you a warning; the other ends it.
Yellow card
Warning, content removal, or a temporary suspension.
- Spamming a chat room, or flooding it with repeated messages
- An offensive or misleading username, or impersonating another player
- Off-topic promotion or advertising inside contests
- Deliberately misusing a feature to annoy other players
- Sharing someone else's personal information without their agreement
Red card
Immediate and permanent removal of the account.
- Multiple accounts to manipulate a contest or a ranking
- Bots, scripts, automation, or any tampering with the app or our servers
- Knowingly exploiting a bug instead of reporting it
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or abuse of any player
- Sexual, violent or illegal content, or content involving a minor
- Attacking the service, or trying to reach accounts or data that aren't yours
Chat inside a contest is visible to every member of it. Post accordingly. If
someone crosses a line, report it to
info@koorakings.com with the contest name
and roughly when it happened.
7Your content
You own it. We need permission to show it.
"Your content" means anything you put into Koora Kings: your username and profile
photo, chat messages and images, contest names, descriptions and artwork.
You keep ownership of it. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide,
royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display it, for the sole
purpose of operating the app — showing your message to the contest you posted it
in, your avatar beside your ranking, and so on. The licence lasts as long as the
content is on the service, and ends when it is removed, except for copies in
routine backups and for chat that remains part of other members' conversations.
You confirm that your content is yours to post and doesn't infringe anyone's
rights. If you believe something on Koora Kings infringes your copyright, write to
info@koorakings.com with the contest, what
the work is, and proof you own it.
Everything else — the app, its name, logo, design, code and content we provide —
belongs to us or our licensors. Don't copy, modify, decompile or redistribute it.
8Moderation
What we may do, and what you can do about it.
We may remove content, close a contest, or suspend or terminate an account that
breaks these terms. Where it's reasonable we'll warn you first and explain why,
but for serious breaches — the red-card list — we'll act immediately.
We don't review everything posted, and we're not obliged to. If you think we got
a decision wrong, reply to us at
info@koorakings.com and we'll take
another look.
9The service itself
Provided as it is, and it will keep changing.
We work to keep Koora Kings available, but we don't promise it will be
uninterrupted or error-free. It may be unavailable for maintenance, for a problem
at one of our providers, or for reasons outside our control.
We may add, change or withdraw features, and we may end a contest type or the
service itself. If we discontinue something significant we'll give reasonable
notice in the app where we can.
You need a compatible device, a current version of the app and an internet
connection. Your network operator's charges are yours.
10Ending the agreement
From either side.
You can stop at any time: use Delete Account in the app, under your
profile. It is permanent and immediate — your account, profile, predictions and
points are removed and cannot be restored. Chat messages you posted stay in their
contests, as part of other members' conversations. Deleting the app on its own
does not delete your account.
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, or if we stop
operating the service.
Sections that should reasonably survive — your content licence for what remains,
liability, and governing law — continue to apply afterwards.
11Disclaimers & liability
The necessarily formal part.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Koora Kings is provided "as is" and
"as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied,
including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that match data, scores, points or rankings are accurate or
uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental,
special or consequential loss, nor for lost data, lost prizes or lost opportunity
arising from your use of the app.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law — including for
death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions
do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you,
and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content or from your
breach of these terms.
12App store terms
Required by the stores we distribute through.
Not a partyThis agreement is between you and us only. Apple and Google are not parties to it.
SupportWe are solely responsible for Koora Kings and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for it.
WarrantyIf the iOS app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price — which is zero, as the app is free. Apple has no other warranty obligation.
ClaimsWe, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim about the app — product liability, legal or regulatory non-compliance, or consumer protection.
Third-party rightsApple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
ComplianceYou confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo, and are not on any US Government restricted-parties list.
13Disputes
How to raise one, and what survives if a term fails.
If something goes wrong, please write to us first at
info@koorakings.com. Almost everything is
resolved faster that way, and we would rather fix a problem than argue about it.
Nothing in these terms takes away the protection of mandatory consumer law in
your country of residence.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
Our not enforcing a term on one occasion is not a waiver of it.
