1Who this covers

The app, the accounts inside it, and this website.

This policy explains how Koora Kings Inc ("we", "us") handles personal data in the Koora Kings — Fantasy Football mobile app, published as com.app.koorakings on Google Play and com.koorakings.app on the App Store, and on this website.

Koora Kings is a free-to-play football prediction game. You create or join contests, predict match results, earn points and appear on rankings. There is no payment anywhere in the app — no purchases, no subscriptions, no wallet.

We are the data controller for the account and gameplay data described below.

What we never ask for

No payment details, no government ID, no contacts, no calendar, no microphone, no precise location, and no health or biometric data. The app does not request those permissions at all.

3Why we use it

Each purpose, and the data behind it.

  • To run your account — sign you in, keep you signed in, and let you recover access. Uses your mobile number, email, name and account ID.
  • To run the game — record predictions, calculate points, build rankings, and show who is in which contest.
  • To let players talk — deliver chat messages and images inside a contest.
  • To notify you — tell you a contest is starting, a result is in, or someone invited you. Uses the push token.
  • To fix what breaks — crash reports and performance timings, so a bug that hits you gets found.
  • To understand what's used — aggregate counts of screens and actions, so we know which features matter. Never sold, never used to build an advertising profile.

Where the law requires a legal basis, ours is the contract with you for everything needed to run the game, our legitimate interest in keeping the app secure and working, and your consent for push notifications and for any photo you choose to share.

4What other players can see

Worth knowing before you post.

Koora Kings is a social game, so some of your data is visible to other people by design:

  • Your username, profile photo and points are visible to anyone in a contest with you, and on its rankings.
  • Your predictions become visible to other members once a match has started or a contest's rules allow it.
  • Chat messages and images are visible to every member of that contest, and remain in the room after you leave it.

Anyone holding a contest's invite link can join it and see the above. Treat a contest chat as public to its members: don't post anything you would not want every member to keep.

5Who processes it with us

The complete list of services the app talks to.

Google FirebaseAuthentication, the chat database (Firestore), image storage, push delivery, analytics, crash reporting and remote settings. Operated by Google.
BranchInvite and share links, so a link opens the right contest. Used for links only — it is not configured to read your advertising identifier.
Google Sign-InOnly if you choose it. We receive your name, email and a Google account identifier.
Apple Sign-InOnly if you choose it, on iOS. If you use Apple's private relay, we only ever see the relay address.
Apple & GoogleApp distribution and crash symbol upload, as the store operators.
Our own serversAccounts, contests, predictions, points and support messages.

These providers act on our instructions and may store data outside your country, including in the European Union and the United States. Where required, transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses those providers publish. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we share it with no one else except where the law obliges us to.

This website also uses Google Tag Manager for basic visit measurement. That is separate from the app and carries no account data.

6Advertising and tracking

The short section. It is short because the answer is no.

◆ Clean sheet

There is no advertising SDK in Koora Kings. No ad network, no attribution network, no social-media tracking pixel.

The app never requests your advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android), which is why iOS has never shown you an App Tracking Transparency prompt. Our App Store privacy manifest declares tracking as false, and no tracking domains.

Nothing we collect is combined with data from other companies' apps or sites to profile you.

If this ever changes we will update this policy before the change ships, and on iOS you would see Apple's tracking permission prompt first — you would have to agree.

7Notifications

Opt-in, and reversible at any time.

The app asks for notification permission on first launch. If you allow it, your device is issued a push token that we store against your account so we can tell you about contest invitations, kick-off times and results.

You can withdraw this at any time in your device settings — iOS Settings → Koora Kings → Notifications, Android Settings → Apps → Koora Kings → Notifications. Turning them off stops the messages; the game keeps working. The token is cleared when you sign out or delete your account.

8Keeping it, and deleting it

Deleting your account

Delete Account is inside the app, under your profile. It is immediate and permanent — it is not a deactivation, and we cannot undo it. It removes your account, profile, predictions, points and push token.

Two things survive by necessity: chat messages you posted stay in the contests where you posted them, because they are part of other people's conversations, and they are no longer attributed to a live account; and anything we are legally required to retain.

How long we keep things

  • Account and gameplay data — while your account exists, then removed on deletion.
  • Crash and performance data — 90 days, then discarded.
  • Analytics counts — 90 days, as configured in Firebase.
  • Support messages — 90 days after the conversation ends.

If you would rather we deleted your account for you, email info@koorakings.com from the address on the account.

9Your rights

And how to use them.

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

  • Show you a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct anything wrong — most of it you can edit in the app directly.
  • Delete your data, which the in-app Delete Account button does immediately.
  • Restrict or object to a particular use, such as analytics.
  • Export your data in a portable form.
  • Withdraw consent you gave earlier, such as notifications.

Write to info@koorakings.com and we will respond within 7 working days. We may ask you to confirm the mobile number or email on the account first, so we don't hand your data to someone else. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to your local data protection authority.

10Children

There is a minimum age.

Koora Kings is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, email info@koorakings.com and we will delete it.

11How we protect it

And what to do if something looks wrong.

  • Everything travels over HTTPS. The app makes no plain-text requests.
  • Your session token is held in the platform's secure storage — the iOS Keychain, restricted to this app alone, and Android's encrypted preferences.
  • Staging and production are completely separate, with separate servers and separate Firebase projects, so test activity never touches live accounts.
  • Release builds are obfuscated, and access to production data is limited to the people who need it.

No system is perfect. If you find a security problem, please tell us at info@koorakings.com before disclosing it publicly, and we will work with you.

12Changes & contact

Where to reach a person.

We will update this page when the app changes, and the date at the top always reflects the latest version. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
